Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility Conditions
- Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must not show any signs of wear or damage
Important Note on Final Sale Items
Due to the seasonal nature of fashion and to maintain the premium quality of our collections, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased during special promotional events or clearance sales
- Personalized or customized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at time of purchase
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Complete our online Returns & Exchanges Form below and email it to [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24 hours during business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Any additional necessary information
Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging, including:
- All original tags and labels
- Any accessories that came with the item
- The completed returns form (print the confirmation email)
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship your return to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Step 5: Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing Time
- Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The following amounts will be deducted from your refund:
- Original shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)
- Return shipping costs (customer responsibility)
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return. You’ll be responsible for shipping charges on the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
If the item you’re exchanging for is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas), international returns are accepted. However, please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties
- Return processing may take additional time for international shipments
- Refunds will be issued in US dollars; currency conversion differences may apply
