- Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
- Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)
How long does order processing take?
All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons, please allow additional time for processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship to most international destinations. However, we’re currently unable to deliver to some remote areas and locations in Asia due to logistical constraints.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping notification email with tracking details. Standard Shipping includes full tracking, while Free Shipping offers basic tracking information.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns rather than direct exchanges. For a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the preferred item.

Why can’t you ship to some Asian countries?
Due to current logistical constraints and shipping carrier limitations, we’re unable to deliver to certain locations in Asia. We’re continuously working to expand our shipping network and appreciate your understanding.
